Vare Nowear — Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at varenowear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at varenowear@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before returning.


Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the right item is to return your original purchase (once accepted) and place a new order separately.


European Union Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an EU address, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at varenowear@gmail.com.
