Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During sales, product launches, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. We'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay with your order.


Shipping Times & Rates

Domestic (Standard) 5–8 business days (Add your rate)
Domestic (Express) 2–3 business days (Add your rate)
International 10–20 business days (Add your rate)

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it was placed. Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or holidays are outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:

  1. Check around your delivery area and with neighbors
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
  3. Reach out to us at varenowear@gmail.com within 5 days of the marked delivery date

We'll do our best to investigate and resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at varenowear@gmail.com immediately — we can only update addresses before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect packages and will not be responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
